Every cake is made fresh and to order, all components are made from scratch using only the finest ingredients, and is never frozen. We also make our own Fairy Fondant with marshmallows, so it tastes far superior to any store bought fondant. I only work on one cake at a time to ensure that your cake is perfect.
I require a minimum of 3 weeks notice for most cakes. However, 1-2 months is preferred to dedicate the required time for designing and completing your order. So give us a call/text or send an email today to get the process started.
Pricing
The complexity of the design and the number of servings are the two biggest determining factors to a cake's cost. We provide quotes and a custom mock-up whenever possible. Since every cake is unique and custom-designed, there is no set ‘price list’. The size, shape, flavors, fillings, complexity and amount of detail will determine the final cost of your cake. Our cakes can accommodate a wide range of servings from 4-400.
The list below shows the starting price of a BASIC cake in each category. Again, the final price is based on the size, shape, flavors, fillings, and complexity of the design.

Policies
After your consultation with The Cake Fairy, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quoted price is required to confirm your order and hold your date.
-The remainder is due two weeks prior to the delivery date.
Cancellation Policy:
- If an order is cancelled, all payments and deposits are non-refundable.
Form of Payment:
- We accept cash or check.
- If your check is not honored by the bank for any reason, The Cake Fairy is not responsible for providing any services until all payments are made.
Delivery/Pick-up Policy
Pick Up:
- If the cakes are being picked up, it is your responsibility to provide an appropriate means of transporting the cake.
-The Cake Fairy is not responsible for any damage once it has been picked up.
-You will be given a release disclaimer to sign at the time of pickup.
Delivery:
- Deliveries in El Dorado are free.
- Deliveries outside of El Dorado will be calculated at the time of consultation.
